Suspension of Our Co-Working Spaces.

After careful consideration the board of directors for the Weymouth Area Development Trust CIC Limited agreed to suspend the provision of co-working spaces and meeting rooms provided by the Starfish Enterprise Co-Work Hub based at Hope House until further notice.  Our Virtual Business package is available and it will continue to operate throughout.

The WADT Board and staff are wanting to provide any support they can during this difficult time and have given their full support to the creation and launch of a free Community I.T. Help Desk open to all residents and local businesses offering advice, guidance and remote support of the technology that we all rely on to keep in contact with the outside world.

Accessing our IT support remotely

Albeit a small help desk, we are providing this service online which enables the community to log help requests 24 hours a day and during office hours we will do all that we can to help provide a resolution.

To request support is very simple to do. You can visit our online support portal or send us the full details by email and our automated system will ensure that your requests are logged. Our free help desk will answer your queries by email.
